My name is Sean Hill, and I am the Founder of Alliance Fire & Safety. I am a Florida Gulf coast native and found myself in the vocation of fire protection industry through generational entrepreneurship.

Many years ago, I was asked by someone “what do you specialize in?” He was asking of what line of fire protection; fire sprinklers, fire alarms, or fire suppression, was our specialty. I simply and truthfully answered him, “People.” He laughed and asked “Really?” I answered him again, because as he laughed, I was pretty sure he didn’t understand. “We specialize in people, serving people and providing them peace of mind. Fire protection is simply our professional vocation.” We ended our conversation on a whimsical note, but it was clear to him that our people and our customers are our primary focus.
